RestoreHealth.app now supports Google Health API integration for eligible research studies, helping academic, clinical, and public health teams collect activity, sleep, heart rate, vitals, and other wearable health data within IRB-approved research workflows.
The new support is designed for consent-based data access, de-identified participant workflows, longitudinal cohort monitoring, and analysis-ready exports. RestoreHealth.app also provides a Fitbit Web API to Google Health API mapping reference to help research teams plan migration from legacy Fitbit data models to Google Health API scopes, data types, and endpoint patterns.
